When should you worry about weight loss? – Weight Loss Programs

You should get your weight down to between 110 and 120 pounds (49 to 56 kg) and get it down to a healthy weight range of about 110 to 120 pounds per 100 pounds in relation to your height.

If you start weightloss too suddenly, your fat will be able to gain back all the excess weight and then get stronger and bigger. In this way you are creating fat in you that can grow back much larger and stronger. If you lose too slowly you may also cause permanent problems – not the easiest way to lose weight.

It is better to be ahead of the game than behind!
