If you have been fasting regularly over the winter without going on a diet, you are likely going to lose weight over the holidays. Make a full meal out of all your food at the end of the week and focus on healthy fats, protein and water.

Week 5:

If you haven’t started a low carb plan yet, plan to. You will eat more carbs and you will lose more body fat! Try to eat one meal a time and to go to an open kitchen at least once a day.

Week 6:

If you haven’t started a low carb plan yet, plan to. You will eat more carbs and you will lose more body fat! Try to eat one meal a time and to go to an open kitchen at least once a day.

Week 7:

Now that you have started a low carb plan, follow it as much as you can. Make sure you are eating the meals that you eat, that doesn’t interfere with your weight loss. As you lose the fat in your body, you will be building muscle.

Week 8:

This week is a real test of how prepared you really are for weight loss. I have been working on my technique for a few months now so I think this week is the best time to attempt this diet.

I suggest you set up a special diet and follow it strictly for the 6 weeks, then you can try to reduce your carb consumption again and see how you like it!
