If you are just going to lose 1 pound on your normal weight, you’re not going to lose weight that quickly.
Your body is already primed to slow your intake when you’re still carrying more weight, so it will take longer to break your fast. If you want to lose weight in 3 days, you need to be realistic and track your calories, not your “calories in” and “calories out”, because the former will underestimate your weight loss and vice versa.
But even if you think you’ve lost weight quickly, it’s worth noticing that there will be times when you’ll feel like you’re eating too much. This is the time your body has an effect on how often it needs to feed itself so it will be slightly more inclined to stop eating. You can deal with the feeling by eating more, or you can learn to do the opposite by decreasing your intake. It’s not worth worrying about the weight, it’s about the feeling.
A better approach to dieting
So that’s the short version of how to lose weight fast, but how do you do it? Here are some things you should do to build a realistic weight loss plan in 3 days:
Eat enough protein to make up for an empty stomach
Choose foods your body needs to burn fat
Eat at least 25% of your calories from low-calorie foods, including low-fat milk, high-carb foods like pancakes and biscuits and even fruit
Avoid foods that are high in calories, like fruit, processed foods and white flour.

In a memo sent Thursday to other administration officials, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that the United States intends to spend just $1.4 billion on non-military military assistance to Europe over the next fiscal year – less than half the amount appropriated to the European Union in fiscal 2012.
“This will be a small sliver of the Department’s overall defense budget,” she wrote. “It will not change the United States’ defense strategy or force the United States to leave the military in Europe
