What do I do if I eat too much or gain weight?
You can get the calories you need by doing whatever you like. Eat what you like, exercise, make sure you are eating at least 2,000 calories per day.

This is especially true about people who are not overweight or even obese. There is a special diet that allows you to lose weight very quickly. Many people follow this diet called GAPS diet.
If you are overweight or obese, then you will need special intervention to get off dieting (called losing weight on diet). The GAPS diet is the most common lifestyle intervention to help people lose weight very slowly.
What can I do if I am pregnant?
There are lots of things you need to think about. The main one it to ensure you are breastfeeding your baby, breastfeeding at least six months. And not allowing anyone else to be present while you are breastfeeding. If you get breast milk at inappropriate time you might have a baby with small intestines. This is especially harmful for babies that are small or smallish (less than 1 week old).
I can’t sleep, what should I do?
If you have been having nightmares a month before you started dieting then you may have anxiety or panic attacks. These are usually over-estimated and can be treated.
You have to be careful about taking sleep medicines to make you sleep better. Try and avoid taking sleeping pills that can help you fall asleep faster. This means that other things should be carefully excluded and if this means it has to be excluded, then you’ll need to do your own research about what to avoid.
