It isn’t impossible. I’ve had many clients tell me they’ve lost their gut in the past 30 days. But it really doesn’t work like that unless you follow some really basic guidelines.
Here’s what you need to remember:
Don’t lose too much weight. You want to keep it lean (more on that a bit later).
Don’t eat a very low-carb diet.
Don’t be tempted to overeat when you get home from work.
I won’t go into the science behind this. It’s well established, so read up on it if you want to get a better idea.
Your heart and your gut are basically the same. That means they work in tandem. That might be surprising!
They also have an identical metabolism. So they don’t need to be switched to the right one in order to adapt.
The thing to remember is that your gut is probably the biggest issue that you’ll ever face. That’s because as long as it stays out of balance, you’ll develop chronic health problems that aren’t going to stop happening once you stop exercising.
But this isn’t going to happen if you’re eating the wrong things. If you follow any of the guidelines outlined here, I can guarantee you’ll be able to lose fat from all corners of your body in 30 days (if not sooner).
Here are some of the benefits of following the low-carb diet:
1. Fat Loss
This is the most obvious one…
You’ll get much leaner (and look better doing it) without ever getting hungry again.
2. The Lack of Hunger
While you’ll never feel hungry during a low-carb diet session, you’re able to stop eating as much food you usually do while exercising.
3. Better Metabolism
You’ll also be able to stay on track with your weight loss by spending less time in the bathroom and more energy.
4. You Stay Healthy
You’ll lose the awful hangovers of starvation that come with high fat diets.
5. You Can Exercise
You’ll be able to push yourself, and feel good about it, after a long week of eating.
6. You Focus
You’ll keep working out, even if it’s just 30 minutes a day.
7. You Get a Perfect Metabolism
You’ll have the best metabolism you’ve ever had
