1. Get your calories in.

The easiest way to get your calorie goal down isn’t to count how many calories you need to eat (remember – you weigh nothing) – it’s all about tracking.

Your body stores energy – food – fat – carbohydrates – protein – and the rest goes to waste when you don’t take action.

Now, you can start to use this tracking to start building your calorie goal if you have a good amount of the right foods on hand for your needs.

However, you need to get out of it the ‘pizza diet’ and add some real value to it rather than adding as much to your bag as you can get – i.e. get some decent exercise, read and watch some good fitness and nutrition articles and read the best weight training guides available.

2. Exercise.

Your body needs work to burn up those extra calories, and exercise is the best way of doing this.

Don’t expect all you’ll get is the feeling of ‘fitness’ – you need good nutrition and exercise to create this feeling and so do some good stretching and strengthening exercises.

As you can see in the picture below, you can do the things that will build muscle faster – without giving it a chance to be all muscle. You’d need 30-60 minutes of exercise daily.

3. Eat healthy – in moderation.

One of the biggest mistakes many men make when it comes to losing weight is that they don’t eat healthy food.

If you’re still on the fat loss train – and want to get leaner and stronger too – then eating a small amount of unhealthy food all day long might be all you see.
