The 10 dances are: A tai chi-like form of dance, in which we have an internal rotation and a step by step motion; The wu-t’ai dance, which has a step like that of the step of the dancer; The bistro, which is a group of dancers with a rhythm, and then a group in which they join in to form a whole; The ball movement, which comes after every step the dancer makes with his legs; The back step, which comes after every dance that the dancers have been doing; And the step-toss, which comes after each dance the dancers have been doing.
