I’ve always wanted to build an aquarium for a pet fish but I was having all sorts of bad luck to find the materials and know what to use in the right quantities. Eventually I ended up using a few scrap pieces of wire, a plastic cup, and a plastic bag to make this mini aquarium.

The material I used for each piece was the same as that of an ordinary aquarium; PVC, metal, and wood would be good materials to use. The plastic cup is a good choice for a fish bowl since it has a nice shape for the fish to hang in. The plastic bag was a nice filler to help hold the wires in place while the plastic was drying. The remaining pieces could be cut out using scissors or a utility knife.
